Hello,

I would like to see some reception reports from 33E Eurobird 3 in Italia.

In particular i am interested in 11105H TV8 and the two Digea (greek DTT broadcaster) frequencies 11161H/11181H.

Paolo Grandicelli from Civitanova/Marche told me that he even got them on a 90cm.

Does anybody have in Roma 24/7 reception on 90cm or would you recommend a bigger dish for higher rain margin ?

Grazie.

tv8montblanc ok, 11162 H tuned to the limit and the signal comes and goes

Are you sure ? 50dbW reach Lucca on Spot A. Neither TV8 which is in DVB-S and stronger than the two Digea DVB-S2 frequencies ?

tv8montblanc not tuned here in Rome with 120 cm dish, for the other frequency sorry but for various reasons, I have not yet decided to buy a dvb-s2 receiver :crybaby2:

48dbW reach Rome on Spot A but for me it is not true :eusa_think: something wrong :eusa_think: I want to clarify, that my dish is perfectly aligned...

Strong signal on 11472 H @SkyDSL 27500-5/6 spot A :evil5:

I think Tv8 is on spot D and Rome is on the limit of 38dBV, Lucca e Pistoia are in slightly more advantageous position compared to Rome ;)

Actually in Lucca with 150 cm, all three transponders are well receivable. Obviously TV8 at 11105H is much stronger than Greek bouquet.

Nobody here from Roma that wants to check it ?

Hello deepbluesky, but I am not in rome milan
If you are interested from milan Gibertini 120 ok also feeds
DVB-S2/8PSK to 11127 V 1980 3/4 S Italy feed
DVB-S2/8PSK 11134 V 1980 5/6 S Italy feed

Thank you very much for your contribution. 33E is an interesting position for italian feeds. But most of them are on spot B which is the easiest to catch from Italy. The greek Digea frequencies are using either Spot A+D or just D and since all the Beams fall rapidly on their edges, that's why i would like to know how the situation looks like in Rome or at least as close as possible. It looks rather unlikely that 120cm are enough for 24h reception on both frequencies but worth to try. I do believe that 150cm must be the minimum for proper reception but would like to be proven before my friend is going to install this if at all possible.
