Motore bloccato su 19E

Ho un rotore DG 380 con decoder M-Vision HD 270.
Utilizzo il rotore solo per 13E, 19E e 9E e raramente per 5W.
Ieri sera dopo essermi posizionato su 19E, e tentando di ritornare sul 13E, mi daa su quest'ultimo assenza segnale.
Ho verificato che il rotore "rotasse" facendo zapping su altri satelliti, ma nulla immobile.

Ho riavviato il decoder, credendo fosse problema di questo, ma nulla.
Impostazioni di fabbrica con caricamento setting ma nulla.

Su 19E ottimo segnale, ma di muoversi su altri sat nulla.

Cosa posso fare ?

Puoi fare il reset del rotore... ti allego come fare, purtroppo è in Inglese...

HARDWARE RESET BY RECEIVER
1. Execute the command: Go To Reference (Go To “0”).
2. Cut off the power by disconnecting the coaxial cable.
3. Reconnect the coaxial cable.
4. Execute the command: Shift “0”.
5. Then, its memory erased, the receiver rewrites the satellite table to initial one and corrects the “0”

Grazie a tutti. L'importante è che sia un problema "soffware" e non meccanico.
Vi farò sapere

Problema risolto senza necessità di reset no da parte del rotore nè da parte del decoder.
Accanto all'entrata che va dall'lnb al rotore, e all'uscita che va dal rotore al decoder ci sono due pulsanti (gomma trasparente), li ho premuti. La parabolica si è spostata quasi fgacendo un giro di 90°.
Dal deoder, ho fatto fare tramite posizionamento satelliti (già in lista) un movimento verso 13E.
Sono andato dal menù del decoder installazione motore, ho dato 13E come riferimento, Ok e tutto è tornato come prima (ovviamente c'era già salvata la mia posizione Long. e lat)
