Macrium Reflect 8.1.7784 del 01/12/23 (Backup e Ripristino del Pc)

grazie a tutti voi !!!! allora leggo nel LOG di questo fantomatico file XML :


This file is a template XML to enable a Reflect backup or Image to be initiated from VB Script or an MSDOS batch file.

Simply modify this file if required and pass the file name as a parameter to reflect.exe

PS dove trovo questa schermata back up Save Option per deflaggarlo ?
 
ok controllo.... ma la cosa strana che malgrado quell'errore xml .... alla fine del processo mi da copia esegutita e quindi tutto ok ! boh
 
Nel menu di Defaults, sotto la voce Auto Verify Image, metti la spunta.
Ci metterà un po' di tempo in più, ma alla fine della creazione dell'Immagine di Sistema, procederà con una verifica.
Se ci saranno problemi si capirà subito, sennò vuol dire che è tutto a posto.
 
l'altra sera ho scaricato macrium e ho creato una immagine che ho depositato momentaneamente nel 2° disco rigido ( D: )

ora in C: , al di sotto della cartella utenti, ho visto che c'è un file blocco note chiamato Reflect_Install.log

si può cancellare penso....confermate??
nella sua intestazione all'interno c'è scritto: === Verbose logging started: 01/11/2020
 
Si, è il file di testo (Log) di installazione.
Si può cancellare.

Io non l'ho mai avuto, bastava togliere la spunta durante l'installazione. ;)

Aggiornamento a Macrium Reflect v7.3.5365 del 26/11/2020

Macrium Task Scheduler
- Scheduling a backup to run as a specific user would sometimes prevent the Power Saving options from working correctly. This has been resolved.
- Under certain circumstances, restarting Macrium Service would cause the Macrium Task Scheduler to stop running for around a minute. This has been resolved.
- Schedule start dates can no longer be set later than the year 2999.

File and Folder Backup
Deleting a backed up folder and creating a file with the same name as the deleted folder mid backup set could cause a File and Folder backup set to fail to load. This has been resolved.

Changed Block Tracker
We've changed Windows event ID13 - "IOCTL_MRCBT_QUERY_VOLUME_TRACKING_INFORMATION failed on device" to be Informational.

Exchange backup
- Exchange backup was not checking for missing DB files to ensure a DB was available for backup. This has been resolved.
- Mixed case database filename extensions could cause databases to not be backed up. This has been resolved.

Various
Various minor fixes and changes to improve Macrium Reflect.
 
sono indeciso se aggironarlo si o no ..... ma poi e' probabile ci sia da rifare il disco di boot , oppure basta aggiornare il prg e il disco rimane sempre valido ??? aiutooo
 
Aggiorna tranquillamente il programma.

Non dirmi che usi davvero un disco di boot?
Se invece intendi una Pennetta Usb di boot, per sicurezza è meglio rifarla. :)

- Macrium Task Scheduler
Under Edit Defaults > Scheduler, we've added a checkbox to prevent the system from sleeping while scheduled scripts are running. Sleep is always prevented while the backup itself is being taken, but this checkbox will also prevent sleep while the rest of the script is running.

When waking the computer from sleep, or booting up when Windows Fast Boot is enabled, missed scheduled backups would start running immediately without giving the user time to log in and view the Postpone Backup pop-up message. This has been resolved.

On some desktops, the 'Start the task only if the computer is on AC power' option would prevent scheduled backups from running even though no battery was present. This has been resolved.

- Rescue Media
If the ProgramData folder and the Reflect installation folder were on different drives, then Reflect would be unable to download Windows PE. This has been resolved.

- Backup_running
A failed backup, due to power failure or removing the target drive, could cause the next backup to fail by detecting, but not deleting, the 'backup_running' mutex file. This has been resolved.

-viBoot
viBoot can now handle images of system disk with 4K sectors.

- Retention Purge
"Run purge before backup" could cause the current set Full backup to be purged when running a Diff or Inc. This has been resolved.

- MIG - Server Plus
SQL backups to MIG protected network shares is now supported.

- Various
Various minor fixes and changes to improve Macrium Reflect.

Macrium Task Scheduler - Unsupported Operation
The German language version of Macrium Reflect v7.3.5550 reports the error "Attempted an unsupported operation" when taking the Defaults > Scheduler menu option.

Note: This release will not patch English versions of Macrium Reflect from v7.3.5550. English language versions at v7.3.5550 are unaffected by this release.

-English language versions will not patch from v7.3.5550 to v7.3.5555. This isn't required.
-All Full installer downloads will be v7.3.5555
-All German language installs will patch to v7.3.5555.

Anche a me, la modalità Dark da fastidio alla vista.

Finalmente hanno attivato la possibilità di clonare su un Disco di capacità minore.
Ad esempio, adesso per Linux Mint ho un SSD 2,5" da 500 GB, ora posso clonarlo su un Disco SSD Msata da 120 GB già in mio possesso.
I Dati ovviamente sono su un altro Disco.

La Lingua sfortunatamente è disponibile solo in Inglese e Tedesco:

Si, è disponibile una prova di 30 giorni.

Invece per chi compra attualmente Macrium Reflect 7, ci sarà il passaggio alla versione stabile 8 appena disponibile.
