Se le condizioni meteo non migliorano anche la data di lancio giorno 25 non è sicura.
 
Se non ho capito male da una pubblicità dovrebbero trasmette domani 25/12 alle 11:13 su Focus (can 35 dtt - 60 tvsat) il lancio del telescopio spaziale Webb.
 
Il lancio direi che è andato bene, come spettacolo direi nulla di che a causa delle nuvole che hanno tolto presto la visibilità dell'Ariane che saliva, e sono passati presto in simulazione.
 
non so il telescopio Webb quante volte sia più potente rispetto ad Hubble, però mi chiedo, Webb affiancherà o sostituirà Hubble?
 
Se e' vero che questo nuovo telescopio ha una durata di soli 10 anni (ma poi per me 15-20 ce li fanno fare) e l'Hubble malconcio riusciranno a tirarlo avanti fino al 2040, i due telescopi rischiano di finire assieme la propria vita operativa.

Semplicemente vedrà delle cose che Hubble....se le sogna!

Non penso che Hubble verrà spento a breve....
 
Il James Webb però sarà operativo solo nello spettro infrarosso, a differenza di Hubble.
Quindi, non potrà sostituire Hubble o il VLT (che è di tipo terrestre) nel visibile.
Per quanto riguarda il visibile, grandissimi miglioramenti ci saranno con il telescopio terrestre ELT.
