This is an interesting question.
The dCSS for 13E SkyQ would work definitely, I would say (using diseqc port #1).

I believe there are Unicable/JESS/dCSS LNBs, that start up in legacy mode, and only switch to Unicable mode after having received/recognized a Unicable command. If that is the case with your LNB, it would indeed also work, to receive 13E/19E in legacy mode with your second receiver.
Otherwise you'd need an extra legacy LNB (or legacy output) for 13E, and a 4/1 diseqc switch.

If you want to receive 13E in Unicable mode, and 19E in legacy mode, with your second receiver: I believe in the old days some Unicable receivers supported the old legacy diseqc protocol in Unicable mode, but I don't think that that is still the case? And I don't know if a receiver could manage Unicable and legacy at the same time, in the LNB settings.

What kind of switch would you think of? A priority switch would work fine, I think.
And you are right about not having both receivers powered up simultaneously.

Well, it seems that @romy is not interested anymore.

The reason that a setup like he proposed in post #1 above will work is the fact, that he will not watch both receivers simultaneously.
That means that the setup must make provisions at the receiver end of the cable, that only one receiver controls the cable at one time, and provisions at the dish end of the cable, to lead the control signal to the proper LNB(s).
That way, the cable is always used only for the satellite signal, that you in fact want to receive.

It is unclear, if he wanted both 13E AND 19E at his second receiver, or just 19E.

It is also unclear, if the Sky receiver has its own monitor/TV (and maybe is in another room), or if it is connected to the same TV that is connected to his second receiver. So he might want to switch regularly between the two receivers/satellites, without making the receiver(s) powerless. The latter issue is important for switching to diseqc port #1.

I can think of two ways for switching the diseqc switch from 19E to Unicable/dCSS LNB.
1. With an extra manual switch at the receiver end, to be able to make the cable without any power, and make the diseqc switch start up at default port #1 again.
2. Or by always first giving a diseqc port #1 command with the second receiver, before (manually) switching the cable to the first receiver.
I myself would prefer the first method.

So I would suggest using two manual A/B switches in series at the receiver end: one for switching between receiver one and two, and one for making the cable completely powerless (so connected to NO receiver), when needed for switching to Sky/dCSS.
(Of course, the television set would also need to switch between the receivers.)

Switching between receivers would be a simple two- or three-step procedure, to get used to. And one cable would be sufficient.

I've no experience with such a setup myself, though, as I don't own a dCSS/Unicable LNB.

As I wrote above, receiving both 19E and 13E with the second receiver would also be a possibility.

Scusate ,
