Ricevere canali del Regno Unito in Italia

Mah probabilmente come ti hanno gia detto e' una questione di puntamento dell' antenna visto che altri nel forum con misure minori riescono a vedere la BBC.

Hai pensato comunque di abbonarti a Sky UK??? Lo so che i canali che vuoi tu non si vedono ma avrai moltissimi canali a disposizione per la tua famiglia.

Mi riesce difficile pensare che una 4 m. non sia sufficiente a Caserta per ricevere Astra 2D.
Ma se il puntamento è al massimo non rimane che prendere atto che la parabola è insufficiente.

Per scrupolo contatterei la ditta che ti ha montato l' impianto.
...chissà che con qualche piccolo ritocco la situazione non si risolva

Non è possibile che non si ricevano con una 4 m.
A Malta usano antenne di diametro inferiore per quei canali.

Basically, we're wondering why a 4mt dish can't receive Astra2D while it should, at least in theory. If receiver is not faulty and has been correctly programmed on desired channels, the antenna system (LNB, cables & connectors, etc.) is working properly, if the dish heading has been already refined/verified, I'm sorry but I've no other suggestions. Any obstacle like a building, trees, etc ?

Everybody here thinks that your dish is not well pointed so this is the reason why some of us are asking you to contact again the people that have installed the dish and tell them the fact that the channels you want to see are not available.

thank you all for the rapid responce.
the dish is on top of a 7 story building so there is nothing blocking the view.
the man who installed the system , because i an in the usa till december 2007,
is the albert einstein in the naples area,he build the uplink for telenapoli,he builds microwave repeters up to 30 ghz,he builds and repaires most of the tv stations transmitters in the naples area.
they used a field strength meter with spectrum analizer as well.
all the sky tv uk channels are comming in with a strength so strong when it rains in our area the signial is there 24/7.
after aligning the antenna they looked at the astra 2d signal and fine tunes the system on the 2d transponders
the peeks are there but low.
too low to drive any receiver
i will have to ask him about feed horn apature.
if the vsat system with a 2.4 m worked a 4 meter should pick up signals from
mars.

In my experience, what's (even hardly) displayed on a spectrum analyzer is generally enough for a receiver. In other words, a receiver is more sensitive than a spectrum analyzer. Did You already check with another receiver?

Ho provato a chiedere in giro ma ho ottenuto soltanto risposte generiche tipo con skly prendi molti canali in inglese o con il digitale terrestre si riceve bbc world , ma ovviamente nessuno sapeva di cosa stava parlando

Qualcuno sa consigliarmi cosa fare o comprare eventualmente nel caso fosse possibile riceverli?

Probabilmente, e comunque non legalmente, ma questo non è il posto giusto per discuterne.
