i-can 3900s - HDCP error

Hello, i have a problem with ADB i-can 3900s. There is a red warning on screen - HDCP error, and no picture from channel.
I can go to menu, epg is working, signal and everything, but no video or audio from channel. It is same with or without the card. I have few working gold cards (tiger).

Where can i download firmware 2.1.7? I want to try to downgrade it. And is there sheme for jtag anywhere?
I have found on i-can web site only 2.1.10, and that one is already installed. This is not a problem with hdmi cable, or tv.
