Problema con GetRight

[Gerico]

E' da qualche giorno che non riesco più a scaricare con getright.
Ogni qualvolta cerco di scaricare un file mi appare questo messaggio:
Error looking up the IP address for server:
www................
Possible reasons include:
1) this address is not correct
2) this server is not running right now
3) you are not connected to the internet (or your connection is not working properly).

Qualcuno sa come posso risolvere?

I file che tenti i scaricare sono collocati sullo stesso server? E' probabile che il server sia down o che abbia qualche problema.

I server non sono down perchè se scarico direttamente i file (cioè senza passare per getright) non si presenta nessun problema.
