Questa è intesa come l'alimentazione permanente (19V!!) per l'LNB dCSS, per tutti i ricevitori, e dovrebbe essere collegata direttamente al cavo LNB, credo.
La mia soluzione, descritta sopra, dovrebbe essere collegata solo alla connessione di un solo ricevitore, che vuoi aiutare aggiungendo un po' di corrente iniziale.
(Puoi usare un alimentatore già disponibile, e poi hai bisogno solo dello splitter).
In teoria, si potrebbe anche aggiungere una resistenza di limitazione della corrente nel cavo, che si cortocircuita dopo l'avvio (come si faceva con gli antichi motori elettrici). Mai visto che testato, però.

That is meant as the permanent power supply (19V !! ) for the dCSS LNB, for all receivers, and should be connected directly to the LNB cable, I think.
My solution, described above, should be connected only to the one receiver connection, that you want to help by adding a bit of starting current.
(You can use an already available power supply, and then you only need the splitter.)
In theory, you could also add a current limiting resistor in the cable, which you short-circuit after startup (as they did with ancient electrical motors). Never seen that tested, though.

L'inseritore da 19V non va in standby, quando nessuna tensione (<5V) viene ricevuta dai ricevitori; l'ho letto testato. Il che è contro la norma UniCable, tra l'altro.
Quindi, in corrente elettrica, non è una soluzione economica.
La mia prima soluzione menzionata, accendere solo l'alimentazione extra per il primo minuto o giù di lì, o solo quando anche il ricevitore problematico è acceso, sarebbe meglio in questo senso.

So in electrical current, that is not a cheap solution.
My first mentioned solution, just switching on the extra power supply for the first minute or so, or only when the problem receiver is also switched on, would be better in that sense.
