coship 5300 no sound

thank you for accepting me in your forum,i'am french and i dont speak italian.
i have a coship 5300 a and i updated it with firm i have found in an upload center,i receive channels but there is no sound.
specifications are:
SR-X2700CI
soft:SIOOA-2.07R-B
hard:STS-MB.00-CI-SZLO
i'am surching for another firm with sound ok or the original firmware.

Don't you worry. It's tipical of the firmware with this name: 5300a.zip .
You must load the firmware called: 5300.zip .
In any case try and verify the scart cable for security ::
