DreamBox becomes that ertes Reciver of the world, which also the health promotes
Since I began for my DreamBox things too entwickenln, have unfortunately
other things to suffer must.
My condition left enormously, my blood values is gone into cellars etc.….
For the fact I thought that I must make more arduous the DreamBox
I uploade my Plugin there, vlt. it likes still someone.

Logic:
One can make 200 Push Ups (Ligestütze) in one through, or for 10x20 or 20x10 (with 3-5 min. break)
But lactic acid SAM ELT itself in size of quantities in muscles. (because of to small breaks)
Whom one 10 min. breaks makes lasts dasTrening nearly 100 min. (10x10min.)
Ok muscles regenerate into 2 days, but the central nervous system needs nearly one week.
And sooner or later body will adapt itself to the load.
Operation:
With my PugIn select I exercise.
Then the min/max time interval and min/max Wiedercholungen.
Time Delays are in minutes.
With START a MessageBox comes along in coincidental way
coincidental number of repetitions.
So I can look exercises from time to time with the film times to make.
Since the Zeitinterval and number of Wiedercholungen are coincidental,
I do not have no more Musskelater, and no muscle adaptation
An advice:
Much better no isolation is exercises to make (like only Bizeps, Trizeps exercises etc.…)
