Si' Ercolino lo so, era il pc di un amico e ho pasticciato nell'instllare un programma che ha installato parecchie schifezze e avast ha rilevato molti tentativi d'accesso di visus. Inoltre era stata modificata anche l'home page di firefox. Per fortuna pare che poi sia riuscito a mettere le cose a posto.

In attesa che ti risponda Ercolino ti posso dire comunque di aggiornare a internet explore 9 visto cha ancora il 7 e cio' anche se non lo usi tu o tua moglie. Le versione successive 10, 11 e d edge non sono compatibili con vista.
Stessa cosa con firefox aggiorna alla versione 44.0.2 che e' l'ultima. Ti basta andare su Aiuto e poi clicca su Informazioni si firefox.
Inoltre da che quel che noto credo che tua moglie abbia ancora la versioen 8 di adobe reader, dovrebbe aggiornare alla 11.0.14 visto che adobe reader DC non dobrebbe essere compatibile con vista.
Inoltre mi sa ti si e' impostata una home page divresa da quella che credo tu avessi impostato inizaialmente pero' di questo non sono sicuro e quindi attendi Ercolino.

Si lo so che se clicchi su quel che compare nel log http://go.packardbell.com/?id=9206 si apre comunque goggle pero' credo che sia strano perche' dovrebbe comparire https://www.goggle.it secondo me, per questo forse potrebbe esserci qualcosa di strano, quindi aspeta l'intervento di Ercolino o Vianello.
Il fatto che poi non faccia eseguire i file .exe mi fa supporre che appunto ci sia qualcosa che non va.
