Che browser usa per navigare?

Spero che non usi I.E 8

Se usa firefox o chrome, proverei a disinstallarli completamente, compresa le cartelle rispettive che rimangono dopo la rimozione del programma e a reinstallarli da zero

No usava firefox e prima chrome, pero' visto che aveva il problema ha disnstallato firefox ma non riusciva piu' a reinstalarlo, allora ha utilizzato chrome con il quale ha avuto questi problemi come firefox ma almeno il sito di google si apre. Le cartelle le aveva disinstallate.

Comunque ha provato a disinstallre avast e il problema pare che sia sia risolto. Anche se ancora non ha provato a reinstallarlo per vedere se il problema ritorni o meno.

Comunque gli faro' rifare il logfile appena puo' e poi lo postero'' e comunque ti faro sapere.

Ora non riesco a verificare tutto

Inizia a rimuovere gli R0 e R1 con la voce swet

Aggiorna i.e alla versione 11.

Aggiorna adobe,le flash e java e rimetti il log nuovo.

Vi ringrazio ragazzi per le veloci risposte....innanzitutto utilizzo google chrome...ho aggiornato tutto quello che c'era da aggiornare come suggerito da Ercolino....però purtroppo provando a cancellare ciò che avete suggerito non si ottiene nessun effetto infatti al prossimo log ritornano come prima....solo l'R0 si è cancellato!!! Comunque il mio problema sta proprio in quel "sweet" in quanto aprendo il browser di chrome anzichè aprire la pagina che io ho impostato apre proprio quelle pagine lì dello "sweet" e non sò come risolvere la cosa purtroppo
 
Ti copio e incollo quanto trovato per Google Chrome (non avendolo) riguardo Sweet!

Google Chrome

Alt + F –> Strumenti –> Estensioni
Rimuoviamo, se presente, Delta Search.
Impostazioni sulla sinistra —> Imposta pagine e li eliminiamo, se presente, l’indirizzo di sweet-page.com
In Aspetto modifichiamo il link con uno a piacere di fianco alla scritta Pagina Nuova scheda. Spuntiamo contestualmente su apri questa pagina
In Ricerca andiamo su Gestisci motori di ricerca e li cambiamo il motore di ricerca predefinito rimuovendo sweet-page.com

Queste sono tutte cose che avevo già fatto ed in effetti da lì sono eliminate...però il problema sussiste!!
 
Hai eliminato i Cookie, svuotato la cache del browser, cancellato i file temporanei di sistema;
E semmai con Ccleaner hai controllato le chiavi di registro??

Prova anche Malwarebytes e se non risolvi, dai un'occhiata a questa guida.

Il pc è di mio fratello quindi non saprei ma credo non abbia aggiornato I.E. .. provvederò io ad aggiornare il tutto nei prossimi giorni grazie ;)
 
Ercolino, aiuto, ho beccato una serie di virus che mi segnala Avg e non riesce a cancellare definitivamente (Trojan Generic_r.DJV( che stanno dando gravi problemi, non riesco neanche ad aprire a volte i browser e si bloccano continuamente, qualcuno che mi dica cosa fare subito prima che m'impediscano di navigare definitivamente, ecco il log (anche lì mi segnala anomalie di Windows invitandomi a provvedere a rimuoverl

Cancella i file contenuti nella cartella temp disattiva i punti di ripristino di sistema.

E in caso non dovesse bastare, o fai una scansione primo avvio di avg, oppure c'è un'altra possibilità, il rescue CD

fatto, adesso sembra che adesso non abbia più minacce di virus (anche se non so come disattivare i punti di ripristino del sistema), ma ho un altro problema e cioè non funziona più Windows update e non riesco più ad ottenere gli aggiornamenti Windows e neanche quelle consigliate per ottenere Windows Firewall, inoltre ho provato più volte a fare il ripristino della configurazione ma neanche quella va perchè mi dice che potrebbere essere in uso un altro programma, adesso come risolvo quest'altro bel problema?...mamma mia questi pc, risolto un problema ce n'è un altro:sad:

fatta sia con Avg che con housecall e adesso non mi segnala alcuna minaccia, sono riuscito a riattivare Windows Update ma non mi fa mettere le impostazioni consigliate di Windows firewell (anche per il Centro operativo non me lo fa attivare) perchè mi dice: impossibile modificare alcune impostazioni dell'utente Codice errore: 0x80070522, provo a rifare il ripristino config.di sistema per vedere se me lo fa fare adesso?
