non lo so se ho la probably cause perche' non so nemmeno cos'e'.....
cmq ho scritto "!analyze -v" nella casella di sotto sperando che non c'e' l'ho veramente il probably cause.....
ma non posso copiare il testo....quindi come faccio a postarlo qui?

Ma secondo te e' un problema software o hardware?
se software formattando dovrei risolvere giusto? grazie

per copiare il testo semplicemente lo selezioni e fai il Edit-> copy da menù.

il probably cause è semplicemente il messaggio che ti appare appena dopo caricato il minidump: leggi attentamente il messaggio sotto "Bugcheck analisys". Vedi quello che ho postato io ? qualche riga più sotto c'è scritto:

Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiRemovePageByColor+6a )

Ecco qua. Se questo messaggio non lo hai, allora devi dare l'analyze, e leggere attentamente tutto l'output. Senza una analisi dell'output, non è possibile capire se si tratta di un problema hardware o software.
 
non ho eseguito l'analyze perche' in fondo alla pagina mi e' comparso il probably cause, ecco il risultato dopo aver caricato il minidump:

ci sono un po' di problemi nella lettura del minidump, poichè il debugger non riconosce i simboli corretti. Comunque: l'unico errore visibile (sospetto) è nel

smwdm.sys

che sembrerebbe essere il driver audio.
Tu hai detto di avere formattato tutto; probabile che al momento di reinserire i driver della scheda audio hai installato dei driver non corretti o obsoleti. Controllane la versione, eventualmente prova a disinstallarli completamente e a cercare una versione più recente di quel driver.
 
ok, adesso lo reinstallo....
Ho un altro problema in pratica dopo un paio d'ore che sono connesso a Internet all'improvviso non funziona piu', anche se rimane connesso.....ecco gli errori che mi da':
