È esattamente quello. Il fallo però è stato commesso dentro la endzone, quindi primo e gol da 1 yard.
Sinceramente non l’ho proprio capito

If there is a personal foul or unsportsmanlike conduct foul by the defense prior to the completion of a forward pass thrown from behind the line, enforcement is from the previous spot or the dead ball spot, whichever is more beneficial to the offense. If the play results in a score for the offense, enforcement is on the Try. If the passing team is fouled and subsequently loses possession after a completion, the passing team retains possession of the ball, and enforcement is from the previous spot.

C'è il regolamento completo sul sito dell'NFL, se volete leggerlo. Un po' lunghino, ma c'è tutto :)
