The way I would do it:
First check the line of sight, elevation angle of 36.6 in the direction of the satellite: Is the balcony, or are the mountains, blocking the sight to the satellite? As @ALEVIA proposed, in post #61.
For that, use the proportions that @Bobbys gave in post #55: 135 (horizontal) to 100 (vertical), and fabricate that angle from paper or cardboard, to look along that fabricated angle (from the bottom of the dish) towards the mountains.
When you don't see blue sky, you have no free line of sight towards the satellite.
Then find the right azimuth for 13E, using the sun.
Tomorrow, 10 july at 13:16:46 o'clock (
https://www.satellite-calculations.com/Satellite/lookangles.htm), the satellite is exactly at the same azimuth as the sun.
So when you put some tape or a chord from the top of the dish to the LNB, the shadow of that should be exactly at the center of the dish at that moment.
After finding the right azimuth this way, finding the right elevation should not be a great problem, I think.
