I would have loved to provide you with a better solution than the following one.
Unfortunately, you have to bring back the STB to the sales point.

Hello I bought a T502 with the ondemand service from mediaset (italy) but when I press the button ondemand it appear:
ATTENZIONE
i contenuti del catalogo non sono accessibili. Il decoder necessita di un intervento di manutenzione.
It work from about 2 days so I don't know if this the right and normal message when the library it's empty or I need to bring back the device to the shop!
Also the red LED when in stand by is blinking. Is this normal?
